You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund provided that you notify us in writing as set out in (2) below that you exercise your right of cancellation no later than seven working days (ie excluding weekends and bank holidays) from from the next day after receiving your goods. Please note that if you do not handle the returned goods reasonably or do not return them to us, we will be entitled to claim against you for any losses we suffer. Please note that you do not have the right to cancel an order for an individual product. Sometimes orders or parts of orders are canceled by our system for various reasons. Some of them:

- Unable to ship to the specified address
- Duplicate order
