RETURNS AND EXCHENGES

Return


Our policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be used and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Non-returnable items:
Gift cards.
Promotional goods.
We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only a partial refund (if any) is provided.
Any item not in original condition, damaged or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our fault.
Any item that is returned within 14 days of delivery.



Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and the funds will be automatically credited to your bank card.
Late or missing reimbursement (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then contact the servicing bank for the bank card. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at ki.brand.info@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. kibrand.shop is not responsible for any duties/imports/taxes and customs charges for exchanges/returns. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be charged to your return. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.



Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be returned, unfortunately, sale items are not eligible.



Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at ki.brand.info@gmail.com and we will provide further instructions for shipping the item.
Gifts.
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of the return. A gift certificate will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned item. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the giver and they will be notified of your return.
Delivery.
To return the product, you must send us an email with a return request to ki.brand.info@gmail.com, after which we will provide instructions for sending the product by mail.
