RETURNS AND EXCHENGES

Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date you received your order. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional goods

Receipt/Proof of Purchase:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (if applicable):

In certain situations, only a partial refund may be issued, such as:

  • Items not in original condition

  • Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by us

  • Items returned later than 14 days from delivery


Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we’ve received it. You will also be notified whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved:
Your refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original payment method.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer, as there may be processing delays.

  3. If you've followed the above steps and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at ki.brand.info@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note: We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs charges for returns or exchanges.

If you’re returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.


Sale Items (if applicable):

Only regular-priced items can be returned. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at ki.brand.info@gmail.com for further instructions.


Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return amount. A gift certificate will be sent to you once we receive the returned item.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will refund the giver and notify them about the return.


Delivery & Return Process:

Again, you will be responsible for shipping costs, which are non-refundable, and kibrand.shop is not liable for any customs or import fees.


Important Notes:

  • We are not responsible for duties, import taxes, or customs fees on returned or exchanged items.

  • If you’re returning a high-value item, we strongly recommend tracking and insuring your return.
